Through your Replies Portal, you can share proud moments or joyful updates. Their elf will celebrate these accomplishments in the next letter! You can also let us know if your child has written back - elves love replying.
Letters are dispatched within 5 working days of your order and completion of the 'Elf Questionnaire', which you will be redirected to after purchasing the subscription. Your child will then receive their elf post around the same time each month. Monthly billing remains on the same date as your purchase date, but please get in touch if you'd like to change it.
