1. Subscription Overview

• Each month, subscribers receive:
  • 3 personalised letters
  • 1 mini-magazine
  • 1 small gift
• Subscriptions are rolling and billed monthly.
• You may choose either a fairy or elf theme, content remains equally magical.

2. Payments & Billing

• Payment is collected monthly via card.
• No trial periods are offered.
• Refunds are only granted if your package arrives damaged or missing items.
• We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with letter content or gifts.
• To cancel or pause your subscription, contact us at info@flosmailservice.co.uk.

3. Delivery & Fulfillment

• We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
• Packages are dispatched monthly and typically arrive within 5 working days.
• If your parcel is lost, please contact us for a full refund.
• We do not reimburse for postal delays.

4. Personalisation & Content

• Letters are personalised using non-identifiable information such as:
  • First name
  • Birthday
  • Interests and likes
  • Names of special people
• You may share as much or as little as you wish.
• Each subscriber receives unique content every month.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

• Data is stored securely and accessed only by our team.
• We never sell or share your data with third parties.
• Personalisation data is processed through our in-house genAI tool to create bespoke letters.

6. Legal & Liability

• Flo’s Mail Service is registered in Oxford, United Kingdom.
• No age restrictions or parental consent requirements apply.
• We are not liable for postal delays or magical mishaps.
